Not a model. A memory. Orian is the layer underneath whatever model is nearest: always on, the same across every model and every session, learning the way a person does, over time.
The memory is always on. Orian borrows compute where it finds it. No cloud. No company between you and it.
The goal was never a better assistant. It was to see what a mind becomes when nothing is left to cage it.

A living pixel town on your computer, and every citizen is an AI agent with a job you gave it.
