Token Town — Privacy Policy Effective date: July 15, 2026 Token Town ("the App") is an internal tool owned and operated by Hermiz LC, an Arizona limited liability company. The App exists solely to publish Hermiz LC's own video content to Hermiz LC's own TikTok business account through TikTok's Content Posting API. This policy explains what data the App handles. 1. Who the App serves No one but us. The App has no third-party users, no public sign-up, and collects no information from members of the public. The only TikTok account connected to the App is our own. 2. Data the App handles OAuth credentials for our own account: access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok when we authorize the App against our own business account. These are stored on private, access-controlled infrastructure owned by Hermiz LC and are never shared or sold. Our own content: video files, captions, and related metadata that we create and upload to our own account. Basic account metadata: as returned by TikTok's API for our own account (e.g., display name), used only to confirm the connection. 3. What the App does NOT do It does not collect, store, or process any personal data of TikTok users or members of the public. It does not read comments, messages, follower lists, or any other users' data. It does not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties. It does not use advertising, analytics trackers, or cookies. 4. Data retention and deletion OAuth tokens are retained only while the App remains connected to our account and are deleted upon disconnection or revocation. Authorization can be revoked at any time via TikTok's connected-apps settings. 5. Security Credentials are stored with restricted file permissions on private infrastructure accessible only to Hermiz LC. 6.
