Token Town — Terms of Service Effective date: July 15, 2026 Token Town is an internal software tool ("the App") owned and operated by Hermiz LC ("we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company. The App is used exclusively by Hermiz LC to prepare and publish our own video content to our own TikTok business account via TikTok's Content Posting API. 1. Scope of use The App is a first-party tool. It is not offered to, licensed to, or usable by any third party. No public sign-up, account creation, or third-party access exists. The only TikTok account the App interacts with is the TikTok business account owned by Hermiz LC. 2. Acceptable use We use the App solely to upload our own original content to our own account for internal review and publishing. The App is operated in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service, Developer Terms, and Community Guidelines. 3. Intellectual property All content prepared or uploaded through the App is the original work and property of Hermiz LC. TikTok and related marks are the property of their respective owners; the App is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. 4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability The App is provided "as is," for our own internal use. Because the App has no third-party users, no warranties are extended to any third party, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermiz LC disclaims all liability arising from third-party reliance on the App or its output. 5. Changes We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version at this URL. 6. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. 7.
